I.  BOPA:  TEXTO – pg. 125  Empecemos a escribir

 

*    #4  Write the names of at least three foods Ander each of these headings:  Todos los días, A veces, Nunca.  Then write three complete sentences telling how often you eat those foods.   ¡ OJO !  I eat = Yo como

*    #5  Copy the names of the soups you have learned.  Using those as a model,  choose other foods from the vocabulary and write the names of at least three other soups.

*    WAVA – do writing activities 4-A & 4-B on page 23

 

a.  While the students writing the above – have them get out their homework from last night:

Tarea:  PS 4-2 in Practice Workbook 

             

b.  Go around the room with the seating chart on the clipboard and make note of the students who do and do not have their homework completed.  Then record this information on the grade sheets attached to the clipboard.

 

II.  Conversación con compañeros de grupo.  Talk to the other members of your group.  Try to stay ONLY IN SPANISH as you do the following:

*   Ask each other these questions:   

o      ¿Qué comida prefieres, el desayuno o la cena?     ¿Por qué?

o      Generalmente, ¿qué comes en el almuerzo y con quién comes?

o      A:  ¿Prefieres   comida)   o   (comida)   ?    

o      B:  Yo prefiero _________.  ¿y tú?

 

III.  Quiz the students on the vocabulary – TABLAS

 

IV.  Pruebas 4-1 & 4-2    Take quizzes, exchange and grade.

Tarea:  Pass out Vocabulary Bingo Sheets – have students study the names of the foods to play BINGO on Monday.
