1. Cancion: La familia.
We
will listen to the song and
students
will follow along with the lyrics on the overhead.
Students
will find cognates in pairs.
2. Vocabulary review: tic-tac-toe.
Students
will play in pairs.
Teacher
will say a word in English and students will take turns writing the Spanish
word in the tic-tac-toe boxes.
The
winning partner will receive pesos!
3. Introduction: los verbos tener y
ser. We will create a verb chart on the board for each verb.
