Objectives: Students will identify and recall vocabulary words in the target

langauge.

1. BOPA: Students will read the Cultural Overview handout regarding

vacations and holidays and answer the questions on the overhead in their

notebooks. We will go over the answers as a class.

2. Introduction to vocabulary regarding vacations and holidays (chapter 7).

I will put up an overhead transparency of the vocabulary and students will

repeat the words after me.

3. Each student will be assigned a vocabulary word to draw. I will collect

the drawings and use them to quiz the class.

4. Students will work on vocabulary flashcards.

Tarea: 1. PW 7-1.

2: Finish flashcards (cut and label).
