Objectives:  Students will identify and utilize vocabulary from chapter 7

(holidays and vacations).

 

1.  BOPA:  WAVA Writing Activity 7A, page 41.  Students will write their

answers in thier WAVAs and we will go over the answers as a class.

 

2.  El Juez.  Students will form groups of three and one student will quiz the

others with flashcards.  Students will rotate groups and repeat.

 

3.  Introduction:  vocabulary, pages 224-225 (weather).  Using overhead

transparencies of the vocabulary, I will point to words and say them aloud and

students will repeat the new words.

 

4.  Students will make a four-square grid in their notebooks and write one

season in each square.  They will write what the weather is like for each

season and what they can wear during each season.

 

Tarea:  PW 7-3, Lista de vocabulario 7-2 (pages 224-225).
