Continue – using all names of parts of the body from the handout sheet.

REPASO DE LOS MANDATOS INFORMALES - 3ra persona singular (con tarjetas de verbos - en grupos).

IV.           Las Partes del Cuerpo – BINGO – use cards to call out the names of the parts, students mark cards using opo tops.  Winner becomes the reader for the next round.

-first few games with just names

-next few games say,"este/a es el/la _______."

-Then say, "me duele la/el ______________."

-Finish up with a few games where the cue is, "¿Te duele el/la _______?"

V.              Las Partes del Cuerpo – Hokey Pokey (canción)

a.     Pon la mano adentro / Pon la mano afuera.

b.     Pon la mano adentro y la mueves dondequiera.

c.     Haz el hokey pokey y voltéate.

d.     Y…..eso es.

e.     Pon la pierna adentro / Pon la pierna afuera.

f.      Pon la pierna adentro, y la mueves dondequiera.

VII.        Dibuja un monstruo – describe a monster – using #’s and body parts – class has to draw

Assignment for next Tuesday: El Monstruo – para practicar las partes del cuerpo -

Create a monster or an alien. You may draw, paint, use the computer, create a collage, a sculpture or whatever suites you. Correctly lable at least 10 different body parts in Spanish.

Criteria:

• Must be colorful
• Must be creative
• Must include at least 10 correctly spelled, different body parts ( in Spanish) - including articles.

You will be describing this to your group (before they see it) and they will attempt to draw what youd escribe to them. After you have finished and they have finished drawing - They will compare their drawings to your monster to see how closely they resemble each other.
