Estación, like its English cousin, can be used to describe many different kinds of station:

the main station

a gas station, a service station
But it’s not just the obvious stations that estación
covers. For instance:

My work station is being changed for a better one.

And remember that there’s another meaning of estación referring to places!

Actividad de Introducción

Each student interviewed their partner (in
Spanish) and recorded their answers .
·
Each student created a large nametag for
their partner (these nametags will be large enough to be displayed on each
student’s desk and be viewed from anywhere in the room-see example made by Sra.
P).
·
On Monday and Tuesday, each partner will
use the nametag that they have made as a cue card to introduce their partner to
the class.
·
All information listed below must be
included in the nametag and the introducción (see handout entitled
"Entrevistas")
