*Objetivos:

1.  Read a trivia question from Un Paso Al Día:

2. Listen and follow along reading the words to two songs:

a. América - de José Perales

b. Himno Nacional de México

3. Practicar una lectura en español e inglés "¿PADRE, HIJO O CABALLO?" - EN GRUPOS - Leer en voz alta y actuar (read aloud and act out).

 

4.  Review the Present Tense of Regular Verbs - Workbook Español Esencial - Chapter 1 go through all exercises from pages 1-9, using transparency of keys.

 

5. Introduction to the vocabulary from the next unit:

·         Español 2 - Places in the city

·         Español 3 - shopping

*                      Work within group to create a drama to act out the story.  Do this like we did the story last week.  Narrator reads the story while the actors act out the story.

*                      Select roles and then PRACTICE once in groups before performing for the class.
