I am gone due to a family medical crisis with my 11 month old grandson. He is undergoing surgery at Children’s Hospital this morning. He has been there for two weeks now.

Please be sure to take attendance for my student aides

Mandy Rouse – 4^th period

Travis McKelvey – 5^th period

Please have my aides grade the quizzes that are on the desk. If they do not finish – could you please do some of them while the students are watching the AFS Presentations in the Roundhouse? Thank you.

Today and tomorrow we will be hosting Justin Hargesheimer from AFS. He will be doing presentations on Intercultural Exchange opportunities every period throughout the two days. I have reserved the Roundhouse (if you do not know where that is – please ask the West Wing Secretary – Joan Suder – in the West Wing Office to show you). Several of the World Language Teachers may be bringing their classes to attend the presentations along with mine.

• Please take attendance.
• Discuss proper presentation behavior with the students-we want to make a good impression on our visitors.
• Tell them that they are to sit ALL TOGETHER WITH YOU – and that you will be taking roll again in the Round House.
• Do not hesitate to have administration take care of any student mis-behavior.
