Spring Checklist
January through May
- Communicate with testing coordinator regarding spring MAPs/Levels particularly uploading class rosters for students in Groups 1, 2, and 3. Note: There is a deadline early in the spring semester for doing so.
- Communicate with testing coordinator regarding CSAPs
- Continue to monitor students who are moved out reading support classes at the new semester will pick up with the curriculum with rest of class.
- Communication with parents (may be delegated).
- Re-evaluate placement of students into or out of reading classes
- Students who are moved into reading support classes at the new semester will pick up with the curriculum with rest of class.
- Communicate class changes with parents
- Update Required ILP spreadsheet
- Ensure vertical articulation.
