Hints on File Storage and Transfer


Create a folder for each PowerPoint presentation. Place all graphics, sounds, and files that will be attached to a finished PowerPoint in that folder.
When saving a file pay attention to where the file is being saved and what type of file it is. Also make sure to give the file a unique that you will recognize later.
