SUMMER WEIGHTS & CONDITIONING

For FOSSIL ATHLETES and students intending to participate in FRHS Athletics during the 2007-08 school year

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays

Promptly from 7:00am -9:00am

Promptly from 5:30pm-7:30pm

These will be 2 hour, not drop-in sessions

These sessions will emphasize explosive movement and quick recovery

Fall 2007 Tryout Information

     In order to obtain the mandatory green card for tryouts, you must submit all documents from the tryout packet to the Athletic Office prior to trying out. 

     Packets are available in the Athletic Office, located at the south end of the hall in the Main Office or print the following for your use. 

The Athletic Office will accept packets  for

fall tryout processing beginning July 23, 2007.
