Test Corrections

Due the class period after you get the test back.
You must do corrections for all tests - not quizzes.

Heading: Test Corrections 9.27.04 (or whatever date they are due)

Test corrections are to be done in ink.

At the top of the paper write your number score (ex. 150/160) and the number of questions you got wrong (ex. 5 questions wrong)

For each one you got wrong:

Rewrite the entire question.
Answer the question in a complete sentence.
Tell which page you found the correct answer on.

For example:

28) A period of European History, lasting from about 1300 to 1600, during which renewed interest in classical culture led to far reaching changes in art, music, architecture, learning and views of the world.

A) The period of time which lasted from 1300-1600 when there was a renewed interest in classical culture leading to changes in art, music, architecture, learning and views of the world was called the Renaissance. (page 512)

If you feel something was marked incorrectly then explain why after you rewrite the question.

Put a note at the top of your test corrections if you feel your grade should be changed - you must attach your original test to the test correction for me to look at changing your grade.
