Have you completed the following activities and assignments?

q Read the Introduction and the Task.

q Select a Role to play.

q Research data for my role from the Resources hot list and/or independent Internet research and media resources.

q Compile a bibliography of the resources I used (following school district guidlines for electronic references.)

q Construct tables/graphs of my data (where appropriate) using MS Excel.

q Produce a one-page document or brochure outlining and supporting my position. Use MS Publisher or Word.

q Collaborate with others who have the same role as I.

q Produce a 5-10 minute multimedia presentation (with my group) for the class using MS PowerPoint.

q Put the presentation into the class folder on the FCHS file server. (See instructor for details if you don't know how to do this.)

q Give our presentation to the class. (Presentation Scoring)

q Write 5 multiple choice test questions based on our presentation (5 from each person on the team).

Turn in the following items to your instructor.

q Page or flyer/brochure outlining my position.

q Five test questions and your bibliography of references used. (Please deposit these in the instructor's folder on the file server.)

q Take the examination on the information presented in class.
