Electromagnetic Radiation Poster

1. Read chapter 28, section 1 in your textbook.

2. Create a poster, on a piece of computer paper, of the entire electromagnetic spectrum. The following forms of electromagnetic radiation should be used and their wavelengths and corresponding energies should be explained:

  • gamma rays / cosmic rays
  • x-rays
  • UV light
  • Visible Light
  • IR light
  • microwaves
  • radiowaves
  • TV waves

3. On the back side of the poster; visually depict the doppler effect. Make sure to include the terms redshift and blueshift.
