Standards-Based Performance Evaluation:

Demonstrating growth in technology knowledge and skills, teachers create instructional materials using word-processing, database, spreadsheet, presentation, and web development software [CPBS 4.1, 4.2, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.5, 8.5] [ISTE I.A, I.B, II.A, II.B, IV.B, V.A ,V.C, V.D]

Assignment:

Develop innovative curriculum (technology-mediated learning materials) by taking a piece of current instruction and modifying it based on the influence of one or more of the learning theories highlighted in class and infuse technology in a new or different way. Present the final project during the final class meeting.

Description:

The innovative curriculum (technology-mediated learning materials) can be student-centered or teacher-centered. More than likely, the final project will be web-based (DreamWeaver created) or presentation-based (PowerPoint created). Other media may be utilized.
