Cruiser RV Corporation, a new company located in Bristol, Indiana, has resurrected the defunct Shadow Cruiser brand of lightweight truck campers, fifth-wheels and travel trailers, and intends to refocus the brand on small, lightweight RVs at lower prices.

"We intend to build a nice quality piece in a reasonable midprice range, " said Pat Makousky Sr, Cruiser RV vice president and general manager. "Our plan right now is to get the truck campers real strong in the marketplace and hopefully reestablish the niche that Shadow Cruiser had in little fifth-wheels and little travel trailers," Makousky said. "We will retain the basic Shadow Cruiser design."

The company doesn't plan to build units any larger than 28 feet, he said. The company will not continue Shadow Cruiser's much-publicized Stealth line.
