SunnyBrook Forms Joint Venture

Highline fifth-wheels for
the full timer market might be the product built by the joint venture recently
formed by SunnyBrook RV Inc. and its co-founder David
Fought.
A name for the new company
has not been selected. Research is underway now to determine what potential
names are available, said Jim Wilson, executive vice president of Middlebury,
Ind.-based SunnyBrook.
The joint venture is looking
at leasing a 22,000-square-foot building in nearby
Fought
co-founded SunnyBrook, a builder of mid-priced travel
trailers and fifth-wheels, during 1992. He sold his portion of SunnyBrook
five years ago to the company’s stockholders, who are led by Elvie Frey, SunnyBrook’s
chairman.
SunnyBrook owns a part of the joint venture
and Fought owns the other portion. “David (Fought) has not bought back into SunnyBrook,”
